Good push-up workout and 2.5k Hivepower - November 27 2025

(Here's another find I came across on one of my walks. Kind of creepy, isn't it? What story could this headless doll tell us?)

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday was a relatively exhausting day. First up was the first push-up workout after my break, and then I got on my indoor bike for a threshold workout. The cycling felt a bit difficult, but it was okay. After sports, there was a shower and something to eat before heading to the office for the late shift.

Now, let's get to the top priority: push-ups.

Regular push-ups

Current goal according to training plan:

And here is what I was able to achieve:

As you can see there is a bit of work to do but I am confident that I will manage it soon.

Close grip push-ups

Current goal according to training plan:

I did it!
So I can move to the next goal which looks like this:

I'm looking forward to the next training session and am curious to see if I will achieve any of the goals.


Today I actually wanted to do two workouts again – pull-ups and cycling. However, yesterday was quite tiring and my training readiness value means it would be better to do a recovery day. I'll wait a little longer and listen to my body. Maybe I will do a short session later.


With my small but consistent daily power-ups, I've now reached over 2500 HP. Let's see where this journey takes me... I'm excited.
