Push-ups and a long cycling session... my training diary entry from November 29 2025

Hi Actifitters,
hope you are doing fine. Had another good push-up workout yesterday. I could not achieve one of the current goals but thats ok. I made some progression anyway. On top I had a pretty long cycling session to work on my base. In total I made 46 kilometers in 1 hour and 48 minutes.
Regular push-ups
My current goal:

As you can see there is only one push-up in set 5 missing. Hope I can do it next time.
Close grip push-ups
In terms of close grip push-ups I am also not far from reaching the next goal.

As you can see here is also only one missing in set 5. Looking forward to get it done next time.
Since I was weak yesterday evening in case of drinking I have to skip training today. I slept only around 4 hours and my body batterie as well as my training readiness are catastrophic. Alcohol simply sets you back every time.
Nevertheless, it was a very fun and long evening. We first went to a Greek restaurant with friends, then went to the Christmas market for mulled wine, and when it closed, we moved on to a bar.
