Pull-up progress and one hour base cycling... my training diary entry from December 1 2025

Hi Actifitters,

how are you doing? Since I slept well I feel fit and looking forward to todays push-up workout. Hopefully I can reach at least one of my goals.


Yesterdays pull-up workout was successful again since I reached the current goal which looked like this:

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
2322max (min. 4)120 seconds

As you can see in the following table I managed a total of 17 pull-ups which means two more than last time.

The next goal looks like this:

I am still doing the pull-ups with resistance band support. There are two reasons... one the one hand it allows me to do a bit more than without what keeps the motivation alive and on the other hand I had and still have a little pain in my left shoulder.

After the pull-ups I made some clean and slow crunshes followed by one hour on my Wahoo Kickr to work on my base.
