Satisfactory but not truly satisfying... my training diary entry from December 4 2025

Hi Actifitters,

another day, another workout. On yesterdays training plan were push-ups again and like the post title says it was satisfactory but not truly satisfying.

I'm currently stuck in place with regular push-ups. But no matter, the motivation is there and I'll keep at it.

The following tables show where I am at in terms of regular push-ups.

My current goal:

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets

As you can see I was able to make 84 push-ups what is exactly the same amount I did last time.

And here are my close grip push-up stats.

I was at least able to increase the number of repetitions I could do with close-grip push-ups. This time I did 38 what means six more than last time. However, it's important to keep in mind the longer breaks between the sets as it was only 90 seconds last time.


Because my training readiness value is still not perfect I decided to skip cycling again and concentrate on my pull-up workout only again. The reason for the so slow increasing fitness could be the last sleep scores. I don't know why but I am sleeping ok but not really perfect. I need to investigate this further.
