(Although we could make so many smart decisions with our brains, unfortunately far too many people choose destruction or other stupid things. Here you can see a section of a cigarette vending machine. Even though smoking is one of the aforementioned stupid decisions, that doesn't mean you have to break the machine.)

Hi Actifitters,

after two intense sessions on the bike with two personal bests in a row yesterday was the next smart trainer session on the agenda. Again my Garmin Enduro 3 suggested a one hour and 18 minutes long session to work on my base. This time I should do it at 120 watts and I have to say that it felt a bit more strenuous than the two sessions before at a higher power output.

Here are a few more details about yesterday's smart trainer session:

Distance - 50.31 km
Average speed - 38,7 km/h
Maximum speed - 47,8 km/h
Average power output - 120 watts
Maximum power output - 122 watts
Average heart rate - 127 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 147 bpm
Average cadence - 104
Maximum cadence - 129


After yesterdays session felt more strenuous than it should I will only do a 30 minutes recovery ride. If I feel strong later maybe I will also do some elevation gain on the step board to keep my calves on fire.
