The first training session during the holiday... my training diary entry from March 10 2026

Hi Actifitters,

after a long day of travel and a day of jet lag, I got back on track today and did some exercise for the first time.

First, I did an hour of stretching and core stability training. Then I did 45 minutes of jump rope. I have to say, it was pretty exhausting. The last time I'd held a jump rope was when I was a child.


I'm going to eat now, and afterwards I'll spend time with my new friends and drink a Chang beer or two.

    Stretching and ropes are those things that I can never motivate myself to do if not in the gym. I always had trouble with that, so I joined the gym and made that a routine. Working out great so far. And I can use Snapie or peakd in the breaks 😅
