2.5 hours of intense aerobic exercises... my training diary entry from March 16 2026

(The reptile pictured here is a tokay gecko. I don't know exactly why it's called that, but perhaps it's because of the sounds it makes. They sound something like "Toooookkkkeeeee." Normally, these geckos have slightly bluish skin with brown or red spots, but this one shows this pattern only slightly. Maybe I'll manage to photograph one with the typical markings sometime.)
Hi Actifitters,
as mentioned in my last report, I mainly did aerobic training yesterday. In total, I trained for almost 2.5 hours, during which my heart rate occasionally exceeded 170 beats per minute.
It felt good to really push myself again, and it showed me how much I miss my intense cycling sessions.
Today I'll just do my steps and otherwise take it easy. But I plan to have another intensive session tomorrow.

That gecko is big
Nice one! I got above the 170 bpm on the stationary bike, held it for 1min. Then I cooled off. My legs hurt. It was leg training day at the gym. I think I did too much.
