(Yesterday we opened a large jackfruit and prepared it for eating. I wasn't aware that these fruits are almost completely filled with edible pulp.)

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday I had the chance to weigh myself for the first time on vacation, and I was shocked. In the nine days I've been here, I've gained a good two kilos, and we're not talking about muscle mass here.

Actually, I hadn't felt like I was eating significantly too much, but perhaps I'd forgotten that beer also has calories. And every other day there was a nice big portion of sticky rice with mango and coconut sauce.


To counteract this a little, I did two hours of aerobics again today and burned around 1000 calories. I'll try to cut down on my beer consumption and also reduce my intake of delicious sticky rice with mango.

Of course, I won't completely deprive myself on vacation. A little indulgence is a must. But after the vacation, discipline is required.

So ging es mir nach Weihnachten. Die "schnellen" Kilos gehen aber auch (mit etwas Disziplin) schnell wieder runter.
!BEER gibt es auch Kalorienarm!

Hello, I have never eaten rice with mango, but in my country there’s a phrase related to that, haha. It must be delicious, especially with coconut sauce. I hope you manage to lose a few pounds when you stop drinking beer. Good morning.
