25 kilometers of easy pedaling... my training diary entry from April 29 2026
(This was the view from the hotel balcony for the last few days of our Thailand vacation.)
Hi Actifitters,
as suspected, I didn't do much exercise yesterday, so it was just a relaxed 25 kilometers on my exercise bike and a bit more than my mandatory steps.
Today I've planned to do more again. My Garmin values are still far from good, but I'm motivated.
Furthermore, I have to pack my suitcase, because I'm going to Berchtesgaden this evening to visit acquaintances and gain some altitude there the next days.
