My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2022(Helping Others while getting some exercise 💪)
Today on my day off, I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of the company of the love of my life and my best friend. We went up to his place to help him move all his stuff out to his new apartment. His long awaited bride finally arrives in the area permanently. God bless them!

It was a wonderful charming area. In moving furniture and items often we exert pressure on the hamstrings, the lower back, and arms. This pressure reactivated an old injury of mine from a year and a half ago.
Thank god my girlfriend has found this amazing massager, as crazy as that sounds.
To work on strengthening my hamstrings I am going to do lunges whenever the pain in my injury is absent for a whole day. In my opinion, the simple body weight techniques are the best ways to exercise for a multitude of reasons. Some of which include, body muscle proportionality(most gym exercisers have certain muscle groups they favor and certain they hate so you can often see this imbalance if you look, a good example is look at the really huge buff dudes, often you see very unbuilt legs. You also work out stabilizer muscles that would often get unworked in the gym because you are moving weights in 1 controlled plane so your stabilizer muscles dont need to activate. Body weight exercises will not "bulk you up" but you will have increased balance, flexibility, strength. Have a wonderful week everyone!
