Been feeling sleepy all day but couldn’t sleep. Don’t know if that’s why, but I have a cold now and sore throat. Also have a headache. Went for a walk to see if I might feel some relief. Felt some momentary relief, but it’s back now that I’m trying to sleep. Hopefully, it will go by tomorrow morning.
