I Am Alive Challenge : August 4 2022

Cows came grazing where we were working. We had to stop to let them pass. A lot of people in Ghana rearing cattle hire guys to take them around whiles they graze on fields. They normally go on agreements with the cattlemen to share the offsprings with the owners. Work progressing steadily. After we closed, was called to the HR office on my way home only to be told that I'm being laid off. That is a heavy blow in a country with a high unemployment rate. I was told to bring my company stuff the next day. Didn't tell anyone though. Hopefully, I get something else pretty soon. It's not been a great day but I'm thankful for the gift of life and the opportunity to work.
