I Am Alive Challenge : August 2 2025

A belated happy birthday to me again. Thank God for the gift of life. Took a medication to sleep so that's what I did today. Had a visit from a friend and had to escort him back to his place for some steps. I had stressful 2 night shifts this week and I'm still recovering. Everyone says I've slimmed down or reduced in size. I'm sure it's from those 2 days. I slept for about 3 hours for both shifts. Before, during and after. Hopefully, I go back to work strong.
