I Am Alive Challenge : August 3 2025

Quite a tiring day but at least, I got some good steps to go with it. I don't often do 30k steps as where I stay is quite close to where I work. There was no work today. I went to church today for prayers and all as I celebrated my birthday on Friday.

We had "rep" your jerseys in church today where you wear the jersey of your favourite sports team. Nobody wore NFL or NBA jersey, it was all football. I took a shot with 2 Chelsea fans as I am one myself. It was great to be in church.
