Hello all actifiters,
Here I am with my previous day's activity score i.e. 7.5k activity. A few days back I checked my weight and as I expected I would have put on approx 3 kg of weight. It was expected also as it's start of marriage season and winner also. Marriage means a lots of sweets and ultimately it's sugar only.
Hope will be able to control my temptation.
