My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2026
Hello all actifiters,
The morning yoga session finally resumed after a three-day break, and I’m feeling completely refreshed. It’s amazing how much a little time away—followed by a good stretch—can reset the system.
The weather offered a pleasant surprise today. When I stepped outside, the roads were still wet from a late-night rain, leaving the air cool and the atmosphere much more comfortable than usual.
Our session today focused on:
Deep Stretching: To improve flexibility after the break.
Back Exercises: Strengthening and releasing tension.
Pranayama: Focused breathing exercises to start the day with clarity.
The evening was a bit more sedentary, as I wasn't able to fit in my usual walk or stair-climbing routine.

Atmosphere: Cool and breezy following overnight rain.
Evening: Low activity; prioritizing recovery.
