My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2023
Forgot to post yesterday steps again.
I did more jogging and recorded over 11K steps.
Also did a good few sets of 1 min plank and 20 reps push ups as well abdomen exercises.
I’ve been trying to reduce my heart beat that has raised since about 6 months ago. I have been under huge stress since then and heart rate was like over 90 per minute at rest. The blood pressure seem to be under control though.
