My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2023

Almost forgot to post today steps.
If I forget and post on next day, it become very difficult to post. The app freeze at several points. Sometimes.. It taks like half an hour just to post a short one.
Recorded just over 5K steps. I did quite a lot of household chores but not recorded. If it were recorded, total steps would be closed to 10K.
Did a few sets of push ups and planks.
