My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2024
Something always come up just before I do my joggings these days. Yesterday was no exception.
But my daily activities and household chores made quite a lot of steps that I need only a few minutes of walking to reach 10K steps in my watch. My phone recorded just over 7K steps though.
Hope I have time to do my steps in next week.
