My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2024
Posting yesterday's steps.
Got over 13K steps.
Did plank and abdomen exercises.
I think stretching also help making my migraine in control. At first I thought it mighf because of caffeine withdrawal. But I didn't drink coffee or similar for a few days and I was just OK so it might not be the main reason.
Probably have muscle tension little by little and elevaged to migraine.
So I try to stretch e eryday.
But you feel better only if you have some tension when you do stretching.. Haha
