My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2022

I think that actifit is a good app to motivate myself to go out have a nice little walk. It’s a good way for me to stay connected on the Hive platform and earn some tokens. Hopefully I can push myself further to go for a longer walk and achieve a better activity counts.


Walking is not only the best moderate-intensity physical activity in scientific research to promote good health but also a low-cost, sustainable, multi-component weight loss program. It is particularly helpful if combined with programs of progressive weight loss or maintaining strong motivation in order to promote the transformation of very high-risk populations. Walking is a health routine that all fitness enthusiasts should have as an arsenal in the daily fight against obesity and chronic diseases.

Regular walking reduces instances of high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, and diabetes.

Walking can help you lose weight faster. For people struggling with weight loss, walking briskly for 30 minutes a day will result in them shedding an additional 10 pounds in a year. Moreover, as walking helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles it also prevents urinary incontinence in men and women.

It’s an excellent way to get out of the house if you don’t feel like going to the gym. And while away from the working environment, it is easier to push yourself harder and stretch your boundaries if you want to start a fitness routine or want to change your life for the betterment fitness-wise.
