My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2022

In order to achieve good physical health and stay healthy, people have to have positive attitude, the discipline to practice sports regularly, develop a good nutrition habits and keep focus.

Each of these aspects require personal effort and discipline. For example, exercise alone won't help you stay healthy with good physical appearance. You'll need disciplined work schedule and a confident posture in order to develop overall confidence that can be seen from outside.

Lifestyle is one of the big factors that lead to good physical health too. This includes nutrition habits, maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic as well as the momentary daily routine like sleeping early or getting to bed on time. People are more likely to be physically healthy if they live in a developed country, where access to food and services is easier. This is because people have better access to proper nutrition, as well as higher education levels and wealth.
