My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2022

Hello Actifit community!

I’m back with my usual routine, which explains why I have a lower activity counts today. Trying to reach up to 5k counts has been a real challenge for me but I’m not giving up. I just need to find ways to move around and go for longer walks.

Another thing that I should focus on is to eat something healthier. For me, a balance meal should contain carbohydrates, protein, and fiber-rich food like fruits or vegetables.
