My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2023
If there’s one thing that I learn this past few days is the importance of a good sleep. For me, it should be around 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Anything shorter than that makes me feel tired and I lack focus whenever I do. The difficulty about it is that I can’t simply recover it by sleeping extra the next day, it will actually take a fee days to recover.
So, for today I’ll be taking some time for a nap in the afternoon to help me get me back in my normal mood.
If there’s any advice that I can give you is to find some time to rest and relax. You can’t be working too hard and sacrifice your health for work.
