My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2024
Hey Actifiters! I was too tired last night that I couldn’t even post about my Actifit report. Going to the gym and jogging at night were the main contributors to my activity.
Aside from my usual daily activities, I managed to to do 80 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 20 counts of push ups, and 40 counts of mountain climbing. After that, I went jogging too.
Today, I feel like I need some rest so my activity score will be lower.
