My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2024

Hey Actifiters! It was drizzling last night which is why I didn’t go jogging. I’m worried that I would get sick or flu if I do so I decided to simply go to the gym. I only had 15 minutes left before it closes so I made the most of it.

I did 40 counts of 9kg dumbbells and 60 counts of sit ups.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day for me to go jogging.
