Hey Actifiters! I'm back from my jogging. But before that, I went to the gym as well. The activities that I did were 50 counts of 9kg dumbbells and 80 counts of sit-ups. Right after I completed my goal at the gym then I went straight outside to jog.

It was drizzling a little bit so I decided to go back home. Tomorrow, I hope to work more at the gym and jogging too. Let's go!
