My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2024

Hey Actifiters! I just came back from my jogging. It's tiring but it's the kind that feels good. I see it as a satisfactory achievement for today.

Yesterday, I took a short nap so that I feel rested before I go to the gym. I woke up after 3 hours and felt a little giddy because I'm not used to having a long nap like that. I woke up too late so I wasn't able to do anything for my workout routine. Yesterday was the unofficial rest day, haha.

Tonight, I only managed to go for a 30-minute jogging. Tomorrow, I hope I can do more at the gym. We shall see about that :)
