My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2024
A late night jogging is all I need to complete my day. I had a good rest and I ate good food. So it’s time to burn some of those calories away to balance it out.
My 20-minute jogging should be good enough as my exercise for today. I also did a lot of walking this morning and on this late afternoon as well.
