My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2024
Finally, I managed to go for a jog. I’ve been inconsistent in the past 2 weeks so it’s not easy to snap back to a routine that requires physical strength and psychological determination to convince myself that I need to exercise. There are hindrances that prevents me from staying in a routine to achieve physical fitness.
Among the reasons that is difficult to get through is discipline. I guess I don’t have the discipline or the eagerness to keep up with the day to day requirement in order to achieve my goals. Hopefully, I will be able to achieve something after all this hard work. 💪
