My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2024
I almost forgot to post my Actifit report. It's a good thing that I remember it before I sleep. Anyway, my activities were mostly walking throughout the day. The major thing that I did was tonight's workout routine at the gym. I starting to feel better as I've been able to do it regularly in the past 4 days.
Tonight's routine was 80 counts of sit-ups, 40 counts of 10KG dumbbells, 30 counts of push-ups, and 60 counts of mountain climbing.
