My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2024
Monday has to be the most tiring day of the week. No wonder some people have what they call the “Monday Blues”. It’s the beginning of the week and although it’s the most stressful I still manage to survive it.
And I also want to start the week right. I went to the gym to do my workout routine because I have a goal that I want to achieve in the next 2 weeks. To cut down at least 2KG 💪.
I did a 10-minute jogging and a 10-minute walk on the treadmill. In addition, I did 60 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 30 counts of push ups and 60 counts of mountain climbing.
