My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2024
Tonight, I'm excited to share that I achieved an activity score of 13,041 for my Actifit report. I’ve been consistently hitting over 10,000 steps lately, and it feels great! It’s one of those small victories that brighten an otherwise ordinary day. We should all celebrate these little successes daily to keep ourselves motivated.
I didn’t make it to the gym today, but I’m hoping to get in some exercise tomorrow. While walking is great, I know I need to incorporate more varied workouts to stay well-rounded in my fitness routine.
