My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2024

I was supposed to go to the gym, but I was too late tonight—it's already closed. So, I decided to go for a slow jog to get some cardio exercise at least. Thankfully, the weather is nice tonight, so jogging outside wasn’t an issue.

Tonight, I managed to achieve 11,461 steps for my Actifit report. I think that’s good enough for today, even though I didn’t get a gym workout in.

Tomorrow, I plan to continue my workout routine at the gym to stay on track with my goal of slimming down and becoming healthier.
