My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2025
I did a bit of everything and yet I managed to achieve my goal for today and that made me feel proud 🥲. It's not so often that I'm able to achieve my goal for my activity score during weekdays but today seems different.
I managed to achieve more than 11k of activity scores for my Actifit report!
My workout at the gym involves a 5 minute run on the treadmill, 3 reps of chest press, 3 reps of lat pulldown, and 1 rep of biceps curls.
