My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2025
I just came back from the gym and my arms feel sore. I guess I push myself too hard once again and now I'm not quite sure if that means a good thing or I'm doing the workout wrong. I hope that it's part of the phase of building muscles. If it doesn't hurt then I'm not probably doing enough to workout and so I have to push myself near to it's breaking point in order to actually make a difference.
I could be wrong about that but I personally believe that there's nothing wrong in putting oneself to a state of growth that can be gained through pain and difficulty.
Anyway, I'm about to have my dinner as the walks and workout made me really hungry right now.
