My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2025

I just finished eating my fruit snack and it made me feel refreshed. I did completed my gym workout a while ago and so I felt hungry and thirsty. Fruits is what for me as the best snack to replenish the water and calories after the workout.

I did managed to complete a 10 minute run on the treadmill, 4 reps of 15kg dumbbells and 4 reps of squats.
