My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2025

Not sure what is happening to my Actifit app but it's been reset quite often that my activities score got lost. Same thing happened today so I had to go for a quick walk just to score the minimum but I swear I did more than 5k steps today's.

Anyway, I managed to go to the gym as well. I did a 10 minute run on the treadmill 3 reps of 12.5 kg dumbbells 3 reps of squats and 3 reps of push ups.
