My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2025
I almost achieve 10k but that's fine because I added another exercise to my routine. For today, I did a 15 minutes run on the treadmill, 3 reps of squats, 3 reps of chest pull up and then 3 reps of sit ups.
My core is getting weaker so I'm adding sit ups to my routine to strengthen by core area. Hopefully I will improve in month and reduce my belly fat in the process.
