My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2025
Today feels calmer, like everyone’s just catching their breath after busy days.
I’m glad my own pace matched that rhythm, because I managed to log 8,436 activity score! That’s nearly at the level a few weeks back when I scored close to 9k.
Most of today’s effort came from steady walking, but unlike the lighter days where I barely scraped 5k, I pushed myself just enough to feel satisfied without overdoing it.
A balance of movement, discipline, and rest is starting to show. Good night, fellow Actifiters, tomorrow we walk again!
