Hola amigos de Hive.

Hoy me gustaría contaros un poco de lo que estoy viendo a diario y es que muchas veces las nuevas modas nos llevan y nos mueven como a hojas el viento.
Today I would like to tell you a little of what I am seeing on a daily basis and that is that many times the new fashions take us and move us like leaves in the wind.
Tener un habito de vida sana y saludable no tiene por qué tener que conllevar grandes gastos de gimnasios de moda o por el estilo.
Having a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to mean having to spend a lot of money on fashionable gyms or anything like that.

Si no hay otro modo porque ya estas dentro de uno y te sientes bien, perfecto. Pero siempre hemos tenido muchas más alternativas de deporte que no tienen que tener cuotas mensuales abusivas, ni matriculas de lujo.
If there is no other way because you are already in one and you feel good, that's fine. But we have always had many more sporting alternatives that do not have to have abusive monthly fees or luxury tuition.

Este es el caso del Atletismo, un deporte en el que ejercitas además del cuerpo la mente y te hace hacer equipo con más personas.
Uno de los deportes que podríamos decir que menos coste tienen y no por ello son menos importantes. Es un perfecto habito al que llevar a los pequeños de la casa.
This is the case of athletics, a sport in which you exercise not only your body but also your mind and make you team up with other people.
It is one of the sports that we could say has the lowest cost, but it is no less important for that. It is a perfect habit to take the little ones of the house.

Suelen pasarlo muy bien y además de ser muy saludable, se crean en el grandes valores tanto de confianza en si mismos como de apoyo a otros compañeros.
They usually have a great time and as well as being very healthy, it creates great values of self-confidence and support for other teammates.

Además de lo anteriormente mencionado también hay que decir que es un deporte perfecto en épocas de Covid19, puesto que es al aire libre y eso siempre es perfecto si no llevas la mascarilla en pista.
In addition to the aforementioned, it is also a perfect sport during the Covid19 season, as it is outdoors and that is always perfect if you don't wear a mask on the track.
