Keith Hernandez Signing Three-Year Deal To Stay With SNY | Metsmerized Online

Keith Hernandez is a beloved Met.  He was an integral part of the Mets last championship in 1986.  Known for his smart style of play, he won the hearts of Met fans.

This continued into his retirement where he became on of the beloved broadcasters along with Gary Cohen and, former teammate, Ron Darling.  They do broadcasts on SNY and WPIX.

Hernandez is close to inking a deal to remain on as a boradcaster for 3 more seasons.  The reported figure is for $2.4 million.  He is coming off a 2 year deal he signed before the 2018 season.
