Patrick Mahomes-inspired Chiefs shatter records in rally

For one quarter the Houston Texans looked like they were on track to be in the AFC Championship game.  They came out in Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs hitting on all points.  They amassed a nice lead after the first quarter, on the road.

The rest of the game belonged to the Chiefs.  Inspired by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the team ended up scoring 51 points on the Texans to send them home for the off season.

With the victory, it is the Chiefs who punched their ticket for the AFC Championship game against the Tennesse Titans who upset the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday.

The winner advanced to the Super Bowl.
