Hoy amaneció un clima espectacular, de esos que te invitan a salir de casa. Así que no lo dudé y junto a mi esposa e hija nos fuimos a la playa para aprovechar ese regalo del día. Desde que llegamos, la energía se sintió fino, como si el mar y el sol nos estuvieran esperando para regalarnos un momento especial.
No pudimos resistirnos y empezamos a trotar por la orilla. Corrí unos 3 kilómetros y honestamente, fue una sensación increíble. El sonido de las olas, la brisa fresca, los pies tocando la arena húmeda, todo eso hizo que cada paso valiera la pena. En el kilómetro 2.5, mi esposa decidió unirse y hacer una pequeña carrera de unos 50 metros conmigo. Para mi sorpresa, ¡me ganó! Fue un momento tan lindo y divertido, me llena de orgullo ver lo mucho que está mejorando y lo bien que se cuida. Esa pequeña competencia nos sacó una sonrisa enorme a los dos.
Después de terminar nuestra carrera, me dediqué a jugar voleibol con mi hija. Su risa, su alegría y esa inocencia tan pura hacen que estos momentos sean aún más valiosos. Terminar el día con un buen baño en la playa. Esos pequeños instantes juntos, al aire libre, haciendo ejercicio y disfrutando del mar, son los que realmente llenan el corazón.
Estoy agradecido por estos días simples y perfectos, por mi familia y por la oportunidad de compartir salud y felicidad.
Today dawned with spectacular weather—the kind that makes you want to get out of the house. So I didn’t hesitate; my wife, my daughter, and I headed to the beach to make the most of this gift of a day. From the moment we arrived, the energy felt amazing, as if the sea and the sun were waiting for us to give us a special moment.
We couldn’t resist and started jogging along the shore. I ran about 3 kilometers, and honestly, it felt incredible. The sound of the waves, the cool breeze, my feet touching the damp sand—all of that made every step worth it. At the 2.5-kilometer mark, my wife decided to join me and do a little 50-meter race. To my surprise, she beat me! It was such a sweet and fun moment; it fills me with pride to see how much she’s improving and how well she takes care of herself. That little competition brought huge smiles to both of our faces.
After finishing our run, I spent some time playing volleyball with my daughter. Her laughter, her joy, and that pure innocence make these moments even more precious. Ending the day with a nice swim at the beach. Those little moments together, outdoors, exercising and enjoying the sea, are what truly fill the heart.
I’m grateful for these simple, perfect days, for my family, and for the opportunity to share health and happiness.
