Hoy fue un día muy especial, ya que tuve la oportunidad de participar junto a mi familia y mi equipo de running en la caminata de 3k organizada por la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Carúpano, en conmemoración de sus 130 años. El ambiente estaba lleno de energía y alegría, con música vibrante que nos acompañó durante todo el recorrido.

Desde el inicio, la animación estuvo presente, con actividades de baile terapia que hicieron el calentamiento antes del recorrido, lo que también disfrutamos de momentos para bailar y reír juntos. Fue una excelente manera de fomentar el ejercicio y el bienestar en familia y equipo.

A lo largo del trayecto, contamos con puntos de hidratación que fueron esenciales para mantenernos frescos y motivados, nos sorprendieron con deliciosos trozos de chocolates Yeih, que sin duda fueron un premio muy apreciado por todos.

Mi hija quedó fascinada con la experiencia y se sintió muy motivada por el ambiente positivo y alegre. Esta caminata no solo fue una actividad física, sino también una celebración del bienestar y la unión familiar. al llegar a la meta tuvimos un refrigerio y concurso de rifas y premio de baile.

Todo estuvo muy bien organizado.

Today was a very special day, as I had the opportunity to participate with my family and my running team in the 3k walk organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Carúpano, in commemoration of its 130th anniversary. The atmosphere was full of energy and joy, with vibrant music that accompanied us throughout the entire route.

From the beginning, the animation was present, with dance therapy activities that made the warm-up before the tour, which we also enjoyed moments to dance and laugh together. It was an excellent way to encourage exercise and wellness in family and team.

Along the route, we had hydration points that were essential to keep us fresh and motivated, and we were surprised with delicious pieces of Yeih chocolates, which were certainly a very appreciated prize for everyone.

My daughter was fascinated with the experience and was very motivated by the positive and joyful atmosphere. This walk was not only a physical activity, but also a celebration of wellness and family togetherness. At the finish line we had refreshments and a raffle and dance prize contest.
