Welll I walked nearly seven thousand steps today, I do uave to take care of my bare scalp. I am not too heavy, I have not weighed myself but I believe I am under 200 pounds so I am good
It did rain this afternoon so it is not so hot right now, probably this night will be cool. I guess the real hot days are now over, we will still have heat just not as intense. Next year though, that might be a huge problem.
