I went out for my walk and the rain caught up with me, I was on a sidewalk under a roof siding for over an hour until I just quit and came back home despite the rain. Needless to say, I was soaking wet by the time I got here

While I was escaping the rain I noticed this heron in an empty lot across the street. I think it was hunting for food, I had never seen this, it kept twisting its neck in ondulating S pattern, I don't know why.
