My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2025

I could not walk yesterday, 16 straight hours of rain. Today it was real cloudy and drizzling slightly when I got up but it improved as the morning went. By midday it was hot and the sun was out.

So I was able to at least make over ten thousand steps, I could have made more but U rushed back home to watch football only to see that no Europa League games were being televised

I only have a tv for football as that is all I watch, I mostly avoid it especialy the news. I do not read newspapers much either, at most the headlines online.
