My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2025
About as typical a Wednesday as you can get here, except today it rained hard for about an hour in the afternoon. You know, I can assure you that the weather patterns have changed drastically these last couple of decades.
In the '80s the place where I live, which is a small city with a population of about 250,000, used to be the wettest city in this country. Now, the rest of the country is facing floods, and here it has been mostly dry.
I have absolutely no idea why this has happened, we have a mountain range some seven kilometers from town, and you can see it rains there all the time, yet very little rain falls in town.
Of course this rain in the mountains is great because that is where all our water sources come from.
