Again just the perfect day and weather. The place I get to instruct my Monday classes is simply perfect too.

I cycled to work, l think it's about 9km so I didn't get that many steps. But with all those hills that are on the way, cycling is always such an agony of you're in a hurry. And I thought I was so I took cycling seriously. But eventually I wasn't late at all. Just perfectly timed arrival to work. Again.

Ups and downs in my route so coming back was also agony. Fortunately it was warm and sunny. Not too warm though but perfect!
